Group Exercise

Forget the old adage, "no pain, no gain." Our philosophy for group exercise is all about working out smarter, not harder. We bring you the absolute best instructors, facilities, and equipment possible -- so you always get the most out of our progressive classes and specialty programs. Empower the athlete in you and join in on the fun!

All of our instructors hold nationally accredited certifications in group exercise. Our weekly schedule features over 50 classes per week, including:

Meet Lori Craddock, Group Exercise and Fitness Director

Lori has been teaching group exercise classes for over 18 years. In addition to the local popularity she enjoys, Lori is well known in Japan and throughout Southeast Asia for training instructors and leading choreography workshops. She constantly contributes to the growth of her industry by serving as both an educator and a consultant. She has also officiated at many international aerobic competitions, including the Suzuki World Cup. As the director of Group Exercise, Lori recruits, trains, and schedules a staff of over 20 instructors -- in addition to teaching her own classes. She also develops and promotes special events hosted by the Group Exercise Department.

Lori earned her fitness instructor certification from the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM). She holds a vast number of specialty certifications, including Rockport and Reebok Walk certification, cycle certification, "Moms on the Move" pre/postnatal certification, and heart zone cycle training certification. She was born and raised in Southern California and enjoys giving back to the community through charitable programs, such as Making Strides Against Breast Cancer.
