Reservations
Our spa coordinators are happy to assist you in selecting the ideal treatment for your needs. Just call us at 415.362.7800. Club members may also take advantage of online reservations 24 hours a day. We recommend that you schedule your appointment as far in advance as possible, so that we may accommodate your appointment request. To maximize the benefits of your treatment, we recommend that you arrive 30 minutes early. This will allow you to unwind with hot shower or relax in our sauna, steam room, or whirlpool.
Unable to keep your appointment? Just give us 4 hours' notice to avoid being charged. No-shows and late cancellations will be billed in full. Late arrivals will receive treatment for the time remaining, however, the service will be charged at full value. All treatments will end on time to ensure that the following guest's appointment can begin promptly.
Please Note:
- Pregnant women and individuals with high blood pressure or heart conditions should consult a physician before having any treatment
- Exfoliation treatments will not be performed on sunburned skin or skin that has been waxed within 24 hours
- If you have taken Accutane in the past 6 months, you should not receive the multivitamin facial, beta-ex or glycolic treatment, or any face or body waxing
- You must discontinue use of Retin A, Adaptalene, or any other exfoliating product 10 days prior to undergoing a multivitamin facial, beta-ex or glycolic treatment, and Microdermabrasion
Gratuities are not included in our service fees and are solely at your discretion. Prices listed on this site are subject to change.
What to Bring
We suggest that you wear comfortable clothing. When you check in, we'll give you a plush robe and a card to access a private locker. We provide personal items, such as fresh towels, shampoo and conditioner, body wash and lotion. We also have safe deposit boxes for any valuables. If you would like to use the Club's fitness or group exercise facilities during your visit, please bring proper workout attire. An $18 guest fee will apply.
